How to Enter:

       Fill out your information in the contact form above and then click the "SUBMIT" button.  You are then entered into the contest.

The winner will receive four (4) pest control treatments every three months or every two months, which ever the winner chooses.  There is no price to the winner, the service is absolutely free of charge.  This service does not include a guarantee/warranty.

Contest Rules:

Only one submission per person will be counted. No other contact form on any of the other website pages with the domain name "KonoldPestControl.com" (or any other websites that exist) will qualify you for this contest. Winners will be announced in X# of days after the initial contest start date and time of: XXX, XX, 2021 at X:XX . If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification of winning the contest, another person will be chosen.
